TEMPORARY POLICY FOR SIGNING OUT OF WORK LIST

Local 81 is temporarily amending its procedure for signing the out of work list. Effective 4/6/2020 INITIAL signing of our books shall be allowed via fax (570-344-6934) or by e-mail (local81referral@yahoo.com). Please include the following information: Name, address, phone, Local #, card #, and whether it is an intial sign or a resign. PLEASE NOTE  All resign procedures are still in place. All resigns must be receieved between the 10th and the 16th of each month.

Electricians Expand Into New Headquarters

IBEW Local 280 is opening a new 7,200-square-foot union hall and training center in Redmond, Oregon in January to accommodate growth driven by data center construction. The union has grown to 500 members, fueled by work on Facebook and Apple data center campuses in Prineville, with journeyman electricians earning $57.65 per hour.
